the role

we are seeking a debt adviser to join our growing team to deliver excellent services helping our residents living in camden's homes. this role provides a trusted debt advice and case management service to our residents.

provide a high quality debt and money advice and casework service to residents; undertaking a range of debt actions on their behalf relating to priority and non-priority debts and supporting vulnerable adults to maintain their tenancies.

about you

the successful candidate will enjoy working as part of a team, and under pressure, and have knowledge in debt and financial inclusion advice and experience in advice and case working.

there is an opportunity within this role to train and work up to being a senior debt & financial inclusion adviser if you undertake and pass the ima certificate and training to become a dro intermediary and hold an active caseload.
