Job description : 4+ years of experience testing of custom developed applications and commercial applications/products. generation of test plans, detailed test procedures and test cases - with white box testing as clear focus. execution of test cases, generation of test reports and documenting the test results and reports. partner with development teams to understand the code base to ensure best possible coverage. deliver automation to enable continuous integration. determine root cause of defects and to recommend any relevant security/performance related fixes. demonstrates understanding of java, jee, portal technologies, web services, etc and through knowledge on testing different technology implementations. comply with all relevant information security practices and standards to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
