Job description : 3+ years of relevant experience. improving customer banking experience. increasing channels utilization and profitability. bridging the channels gap, addressing regulatory requirements and enhancing the channels to meet the market / clients demand on time. preparing analytical reports, product brochures forms, agreements, policies and procedures. should have a strong background of cash management product, channel and services have a strong knowledge in corporate e-channels. should have minimum 3-5 years of experience in client coordination, analyzing client & business requirements , delivering business goals and objectives. have a good experience in people management skills, including development and implementation of processes, policies and procedures of e-channels. strong communication, planning, organizing ,time management and presentation skills.
