Job description : complete detailed reports listing requests for technical assistance. maintain a working log detailing all required system updates, as well as the date of completion. identify and monitor and report sla with vendors. communicate with vendors/partners to follow, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems. identifying hardware and software solutions. diagnosing and repairing faults. resolving integration and network issues. speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem. providing timely and accurate customer feedback. talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem. following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved. supporting the roll-out of new applications. providing support in the form of procedural documentation. managing multiple cases at one time.
