الوصف الوظيفي job purpose: to identify the business or organization’s needs and develop plans to guide and determine the direction to actualize its goals, analyze and understand the best practices & benchmark to prepare advanced business requirement documents and coordinate with it for solution development and testing to meet the identified requirements. key accountabilities: business requirement documentation • identify business requirements based on documents and information shared by account managers and conduct detailed analysis of the requirement based on standard methodology in close coordination with the business. • generate advanced business requirement documents based on the detailed analysis and receive validation from account managers and business to ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness of the same. • develop innovative solutions for operational and strategic changes, which is a business analyst's primary role solution development support • provide continuous support during solution development by clarifying all kinds of queries, explaining business needs, and sharing data and relevant information to ensure comprehensiveness of the solution. • review solutions developed along with business to analyze the gaps and highlight the same to ensure the solution meets the exact business requirements. • conduct post implementation review in certain cases as per the requirements of the business to ensure that all the business requirements are met and resolve any issues that might have been identified. • ensure sign-off from the business at each stage of the analysis process to ensure that business agrees with the identified issues and realizes the opportunities of improvement and takes ownership of the same. • review options developed for ‘to-be processes’ to address the identified gaps to recommend improvement opportunities to make business process more efficient and effective. • address escalated matters in driving sign-off on the final ‘to-be’ process by the business to ensure that there exists no confusion regarding the finalized process delivered by the architects and accepted by the business. • develop innovative solutions for operational and strategic changes, which is a business analyst's primary role continuous improvement • contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of project management processes to ensure increase in resource productivity and reduction in project delivery costs. reporting • collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure results and forecasts are aligned with financial targets and business strategy (partner effectively with risk, finance, and marketing teams to support forecasting and planning processes) • analyze data models to deliver logical conclusions • prepare timely and accurate statements and reports to meet operational, policies and standards for project reporting at panda - . • manage data quality assurance to ensure data is properly aligned and updated by project managers. المهارات education, experience, skills & competencies: 2-4 years of relevant experience in business process management or any relevant field basic knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices advanced planning and organizing skills proficient presentation skills proficient communication skills educational background: bachelor's degree in business administration or related fields and a recognized business analyst professional certification (e.g. prince2, cpab) language requirements fluency in english and arabic تفاصيل الوظيفة منطقة الوظيفة جدة, المملكة العربية السعودية قطاع الشركة -- طبيعة عمل الشركة صاحب عمل (القطاع الخاص) الدور الوظيفي -- نوع التوظيف دوام كامل الراتب الشهري غير محدد عدد الوظائف الشاغرة 2 المرشح المفضل المستوى المهني مبتدئ الخبرة
