The purpose of this position to manage and lead the sales team of eirad ups saudi arabia. effectively manage sales departments and maximize the sales coverage within the assigned area. protect and enhance the brand identity and ups reputation across the customer base.responsibilities· to ensure and achieve the consistent growth in revenue, profits,customer growth and customer satisfaction.· proactively involve with the sales team, in field sales, service awareness and identify new opportunities to bring revenue and profit streams within the business unit.review and measures targets to sales and operational staff to the optimum performance results.· prepare and monitor the sales targets and set controls on reporting systems.· build team through coaching, building and guidance. this must include the team’s kpi creations and monitoring.· set kpi’s (key performance indicators) and performance measures on sales team.· ensure the sales team achieve the sizeable prospects, database, of the accounts and increase the per accounts revenue and profit increase by focusing on inbound and outbound shipments.· manage & lead the operation team to maintain the brand image of eirad ups saudi arabia by offering seamless collection & deliveries practice.· prepare and develop the next generation of supervisors & manager in line with eirad ups saudi arabia expansion plan by identifying the staff potential, area of interest and expertise.· it is extremely important to maintain the dso, business unit cost control and payables are in line with the eirad ups saudi arabia pol icy and budget. qualificationsbachelor's degree business or equivalent6+ years of sales manager experience in government sectorresponsible for selling domestic/export government only
