Male hr officer - bahrain, manama

We are looking for qualified male hr officer with 6+ years of experience in hr, admin, payroll and accounts in bahrain

duties and responsibilities

involving and managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management.

should have experience in handling the entire group more than 350 employees

must have experience in hr domain in bahrain handling in lmra, sio, gosi, tamkeen, ministry of labor, sijilat, ewa, municipality, industry.bh, bahrain.bh, npra portals.

should carries out workshops to ensure all hod's receives adequate info in government processes and changes in employment laws

prepare payroll and variance reports that enlist all new additions, terminations, resignations, etc.

negotiated with labors and always maintained a responsive atmosphere in the organization with negotiated settlements to all labor related issues.

compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as absenteeism rates, sick leaves rates, performance appraisals, transfers, holidays, turnover and retention, driving improvements year on year.

prepare and submit daily attendance, leave, indemnity, and air passage, final settlements to the related department when required.

check and obtain approval for all overtime and leave applications in line with the policy and escalate any abnormalities to the applicable department.

review salaries after receiving the continuous feedback forms from the department heads entering the details in salary review along with attendance and discipline.

ensure security, confidentiality, and integrity of personnel information are maintained at all times.

should be able to write and implement hr manual and process reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals by cutting down the overtime by re-structuring the work schedules

prepares of annual budget and maintain the hr cost factor always at the minimum levels

essential to have complete knowledge of erp: sap byd

assist employees with navigating benefits systems, leveraging available tools and answering questions about policies and procedures.

develop and monitor overall hr strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
report to management and provide decision support through hr metrics.

compensation as per industry standards.
