We have on-going project with saudi aramco spark in king salam energy park.(spark) located in abqaiq .ksa. in this regards. we are company name is: al kawakan al sharqi contracting co. is asking you to submit your commercial proposal as a subcon our new aramco and ministry of housing projects located in abqaiq and dammam city..

a) abqaiq spark aramco project. only apply basis labor rates.

1) cmu block work (fixing of solid concrete block) 40,000. sqm
2) internal and external plaster. 60,000 sqm,
3) gypsum work
4) fall celling works.
5) flooring ceramic tile 600x600 , 300x300
6) epoxy paint.
7) fence installation ( excavation + foundation concrete and fixing green mesh).
8) paver work . interlock / curbstone fixing.


b) 2nd project for cut and fill , hauling and soil stabilization abqaiq spark aramco cut and fill project. only apply basis labor rates.

1) cut 1m cm
2) fill from cut 250887.87 cm,
3) hauling to stockpile area consider3.5 km distance in average. 790118 cm.
4) polymer agent 290,000 cm

below requirement shell be considered in your proposal.

1) tool machine and equipment necessary to execute the work.
2) fat.
3) ppe as per aramco standard.
4) method of statement.
5) supply and apply of polymer agent by spray.
6) compaction is not required.


c) ministry of housing project in dammam city.

1) block masonry work.
2) plastering inside and out side.
3) painting work,
4) flooring.
5) door and windows fixing.
