Flow talent is working with a uae-based firm who are hiring a recruitment manager for their abu dhabi office.please note that you must meet all the criteria set out below for your application to be considered. suitable candidates will be contacted within 5 working days. if you are not contacted by us within that time, please consider your application unsuccessful on this occasion.key aspects of the role include:responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent.develop and implement recruitment strategies and plans in alignment with the company’s talent acquisition goals.collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.utilize various sourcing channels such as online job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry events to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.screen and assess applicants’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit through interviews, phone screenings, and assessments.conduct background checks and verify references to ensure candidate suitability and integrity.coordinate and schedule interviews, assess interview feedback, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing solutions.develop and maintain strong talent pipelines to support future hiring needs.stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition, and implement innovative approaches to improve the overall recruitment process.provide regular reports and metrics on recruitment activities, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire, to management.skillsto be successful you will need to meet the following:bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field. a relevant master’s degree is a plus.proven experience as a recruitment manager or similar role, preferably within the uae market.in-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and employment legislation.strong understanding of various job boards, social media platforms, and recruitment tools.demonstrated ability to effectively manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving recruitment targets and kpis.familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ats) and hris software.fluency in english; knowledge of arabic is an advantage.applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
