office operations: oversee day-to-day office operations, including coordinating mail distribution, managing office equipment, and maintaining a clean and welcoming office environment.
calendar management: assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing calendars for executives and team members.
record keeping: maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
communication hub: act as a central point of contact, facilitating effective communication between internal teams, clients, and external partners.
event coordination: assist in planning and organizing company events, conferences, and employee engagement activities.
process improvement: identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and implement effective systems to enhance office efficiency.
