Job summary:
loftyservice is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented stock manager assistant to join our team. the ideal candidate will have previous experience in stock management, inbound and fulfilment operations, and storage. in addition, they should be proficient in computer skills.
key responsibilities:
• assist in managing inbound and outbound stock movements
• monitor and maintain accurate records of stock levels and movements
• conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts
• assist in the management of the warehouse and storage facilities
• work closely with the stock manager to ensure timely and efficient fulfilment of orders
• maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers
• perform other duties as assigned
qualifications and experience:
• high school diploma or equivalent
• previous experience in stock management and operations
• knowledge of inbound, fulfilment, and storage operations
• strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• computer proficiency, especially in excel
