تعريف عام بالوظيفة: مهندس ضبط التكاليف يعمل ضمن أعضاء المكتب الفني والفريق الهندسي للمشروع حيث يكون مسئولا عن الرقابة علي تكاليف المشروع والتأكد من تحديدها ضمن الميزانية الفعلية للشروع وتكلفة كل بند علي حدي ويشمل ذلك التفتيش علي آليات التنفيذ والمواد وفرق العمل وذلك بالتنسيق مع مهندس تخطيط المشاريع، مهندس ضبط التكاليف ضمن المسئولين الرئيسين عن ضمان الجودة الشاملة للمشروع.المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:preparing the project budget, cost breakdown structure, and cost coding.review and approve site purchase requests as per the approved budget.review and approve subcontractors’ invoices as per the approved budget.review and approve subcontractors' change orders.ensure that the client invoices capture all actual progress.prepare and update the project cash flow.updating the project budget when required.review and code the material issued to the site as per the cost breakdown structure.collecting the actual costs and preparing the cost reports.earned value management and kpis.skillsالتأهيل:بكالوريوس الهندسة المدنية من اجدي الجامعات المعترف بها.خبرة فعلية لا تقل عن خمس سنوات في مجال هندسة التكاليف.خبرة فعلية لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال هندسة التكاليف لمشروعات الطرق والجسور في المملكة العربية السعودية.
