under the direction of the general manager, the property manager is responsible for the oversight of all facilities maintenance activities on various shifts, including scheduled and unscheduled inspections, maintenance, and repair of all building related works.
in addition, he will be responsible for filling the vacant premises time to time and to decide the rent on a competitive rates as per concurrence from the general manager.
