As the project trainer you will be responsible for aligning training and development with organisational strategy and executing training for a property developer business based in dubaiclient detailsthe client is a market leader in their industry and is continuously growing in size, this role will be a manager level position and reporting to the vp of hr descriptionthe key responsibilities of the role will include:align training and development with organisational strategy researching new training suppliers and materials that can enhance a firm's training procedures while providing value to employees identifying future training needs and creating a curriculum to facilitate that training leading programs to assist employees with transitions due to technological changes, acquisitions and mergers communicating with management, trainers and team members to ensure that all needs are met setting up executive or leadership development programs for lower-level employees resolving any specific problems and tailoring training programs as necessary evaluate effectiveness of training programs and instructors; review course evaluations and recommend course revisions / updates profilethe successful candidate will have/be from a similar industry background ie large epc firms / pmc firms / architectural engineering firmshave a minimum of 8-10 years experiencehave strong experience in a similar position clear communication skillswell organised and have a pro active working attitude job offera competitive remuneration package+ career growth in a market leading businessskillsprojects trainer
