Machine operator - packing line - saudi arabia, jeddah

Understand & follow work rules: · follow attendance rules · follow all safety standards and enforce them on subordinates · follow quality standards and ensure product to be within standardsafety & housekeeping: · wear all required personal protective equipment · operate machine withing safety standards (do not touch equipment while operating, ensure safety guards installed in mechanical parts of the machine) · apply loto when preforming maintenance task in machine · ensure area of responsibility to be in good housekeeping condition and follow 6s principlesoperation: · understands the theory of operation of at least 2 major machines of responsibility · the ability to operate and troubleshoot the machine to ensure product to be withing quality standards and efficient production rate · the ability the changeover machine of responsibility within required time of changeover · ensure auxiliary equipment supporting quality assurance are operating efficiently (e.g. heuft rejector machines)· perform quality tests (e.g. fill level, cap torque) as required and fill quality reports · perform cleaning & inspection program and daily, weekly & monthly bases· report maintenance task required to be performed by maintenance section to line leader or foreman · ensure sufficient spare parts are available in storeroom and inform line leader or foreman in case a spare part item reached minimum order pointskillsyears and type of experience: · 5 years’ experience in packaging operationeducation level/ degree: · high school or technical diplomaother skills & languages required:  other languages required: english is preferabletechnical skills and competencies: sense of troubleshooting root cause if issue causing quality defect, basic knowledge & skill of using toolsbehavioral skills and competencies:· teamwork and communication skills · operation of manufacturing process equipment · ability to follow directions. · adherence to health and safety regulations · ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals. · analytical skills · attention to detail. · ability to quickly learn production equipment. · interpersonal skills
