We are looking for hiring in hail for:

• operations and quality (slaughterhouse quality) supervisor:


job responsibilities:

field visits to (slaughterhouse quality) on a daily basis

field visits to the (slaughterhouse) on a daily basis
direct the slaughter planning and implementation process.

direct the process of examining live animals when they enter the slaughterhouse and supervising the process of examining ready-made meat products.
develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health, safety and public health regulations, and supervise their implementation and adherence to them.
develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the implementation of slaughter operations in accordance with the teachings of islamic law and supervise their implementation.

•3+ years of experience in the same field.

•must be a veterinarian or animal production engineer (poultry)
