L bidding stage:1. collaborate with the bidding team to develop project schedules and timelines specifically tailored to the bidding phase of energy projects like:pv/wind/energy & gas projects and desalination plant etc.2. analyze the rfp documents and project requirements to understand the scope, deliverables, and constraints.3. prepare project schedules in compliance with the rfp guidelines, considering key milestones, activities, and dependencies.4. incorporate relevant solar resource data, site conditions, and technical specifications into the project schedule.5. evaluate the feasibility of the proposed schedules, taking into account factors such as equipment procurement, installation, and commissioning.6. prepare comprehensive project planning documentation, including detailed schedules, resource allocation, and critical path analysis, to support the bidding process.7. present project plans and schedules to management and clients, highlighting the key elements of the proposed schedule that demonstrate the project's feasibility and adherence to the rfp requirements.il execution stage:8. develop and maintain detailed project schedules for the execution phase of energy projects like:pv/wind/energy & gas projects and desalination plant etc., considering all project activities and dependencies.1. monitor project progress and compare it against the planned schedule, identifying any deviations or potential delays.2. collaborate with the project team, subcontractors, and suppliers to address scheduling conflicts, resolve issues, and optimize resource allocation.3. analyze and evaluate requests for changes or variations to the project schedule, assessing their impact and communicating them effectively.4. calculate the extension of time (eot) for projects by analyzing delays, disruptions, and change orders, ensuring accurate assessment and documentation.skillsl requirements: 1. bachelor's or above  degree in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or a related field.2. proven experience as a planning engineer, specifically in pv/wind/energy & gas projects and desalination plant etc., encompassing both bidding and execution stages.3. proficiency in project planning and scheduling software (e.g., primavera p6, microsoft project) with a focus on projects.4. strong analytical skills and the ability to calculate and assess the extension of time (eot), delay analysis & earned value management for pv/wind/energy & gas projects and desalination plant etc.5. experience in preparation and review of mitigation or recovery schedule.6. excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.7. attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.8. familiarity with pv/wind.energy & gas project lifecycle and desalination plant etc., including equipment procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning.9. experience in working with independent power producers (ipps) would be advantageous.
