Black & grey hr is currently recruiting for an international luxury retail brand seeking an experienced finance manager to join their team in dubai, uae. as the finance manager, you will play a crucial role in improving processes and analyzing financial activities, including accounting, controlling, and treasury. candidates with financial audit experience in a big 4 firm are highly encouraged to apply.
responsibilities:
- provide financial reports and interpret financial information for managerial staff, while recommending appropriate courses of action.
- advise on investment activities and develop strategies for the company.
- maintain the financial health of the organization.
- analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and compare the company's performance to business plans.
- develop trends and projections for the firm's finances.
- conduct reviews and evaluations to identify cost-reduction opportunities.
- oversee the operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and establish a framework for their achievement.
- manage the preparation of the company's budget.
- collaborate with auditors to ensure proper monitoring of company finances.
- communicate and collaborate with various departments to discuss company plans and align on future paths.
requirements- 5 to 10 years' experience in a big 4 audit firm mandatory
- prior experience as a financial manager
- bs/ma degree in finance, accounting or economics
- professional qualification such as cfa/cpa or similar will be considered a plus
