 set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed, and meettarget goals assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement,and implement them managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales,revenue, and expense controls. setting individual sales targets with the sales team (indoor / outdoor) and define theirkpis. tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary. overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team. coordinating with marketing on lead generation specially in dubai, and north emirates. develop new sales channels (online – outlet – duty free – export...etc.) coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members promoting the organization and products. understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products. manage after sales aspects work closely with other team members in marketing & finance.skills bachelor’s degree in business or related field. 5 years of experience in sales and minimum 3 years’ experience in the same field inuae. experience in planning and implementing sales strategies and goals. experience in customer relationship management. experience managing and directing a sales team to meet quotas. excellent written and verbal communication skills in english & arabic. results-oriented with strong analytical skills dedication to providing great customer service. ability to lead a sales team. deep understanding of crm systems and best practices proficient in microsoft office should be presentable valid uae d/l
