Procurement and logistics officer - saudi arabia, riyadh

We are looking for a procurement and logistics officer who has the below:

- ability to manage local and overseas procurements by issuing purchase orders, payment requests, l/c, and rfq)

-analyze and compare the prices and get the suitable suppliers

-ability to deal with the forwarders.

-fluent in english and arabic (arabic nationality must).

-ability to carry out the tpi procedures on the raw materials and products

-can handle the saber certification (shipment certificate - pcoc - regulated and non-regulated products) - (mandatory). no saber no apply!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

-fluent with microsoft software and erp

-fluent with government platforms such us (fasah-saber-zakat...etc)

-sales operations
