Tier 2 technical trainer | automotive | uaeabout the role we are seeking a highly capable and motivated technical training consultant for our automotive division to play an active part in a team of dedicated trainers in developing competent productive associates by way of assessments, on the job development activities and coaching, supported with engaging training programs as required by al-futtaim automotive group, underpinned by the respective brand standards. the role will cover training needs analysis, design, development, planning, curriculum design and implementation of technical training programs utilizing a blended learning approach, including impact measurement. activities will include, digital material development, video recording, face to face training delivery assessments and on-site support and coaching. job duties ensure all training material is up to date and in line with modern repair methods and technologyresponsible for delivering and supporting all components of associate progress through to certificationarranging and conducting competency testing and assessmentsdeveloping and updating training programmes and materialreporting learner attendance, results, and any issues, with emphasis on protecting learner & customer dataactively promote equal opportunities and diversity in accordance to company policy avoiding discriminationfacilitate training needs analysis of retail market, advise according to market trends and distributor guidelinesensure compliance with management activities through one on ones and monitoring of daily distributor activitiesassist with the orientation, training and coaching of staff, management and other stakeholders to increase efficiency within the workplace in line with the associated business improvement requiredparticipate and execute adherence to company and distributor policy and procedure complianceensure the successful implementation of distributor technical training, fix it right activities, value chain and distributor fundamentals training activitiesmonitor, review and implement occupational health and safety, operational standards, technical support training activitiesconduct on-going dealer visits to identify individual training requirements, network support and complete post course follow up evaluationssupport all branches with training in relation to technical support in terms of campaigns, service schedules and equipment auditssupport new model launch activities and external company training by way of material development with the support of the technical training team subsequent delivery skillsminimum qualifications and knowledge:high level of proficiency in both written and spoken english, (additional languages advantageous)high level of proficiency with digital learning platforms & material / video editing softwaredriving license a high-level qualification in:technical area applicable to the technical discipline (passenger cars)adult learning or training and assessment certificate or equivalent     minimum experience:  min of 2 years of technical training or coaching of 5 years of automotive industry to master technician level or industry equivalent customer facing role to demonstrate modern vehicle diagnostic and repair skills: ability to train and coach, build relationships and utilize skills appropriatelyability to provide outstanding customer serviceability to manage own schedule and adjust priorities and structure time in a fast-paced environmentability to maintain strong, accurate administration skillsability to communicate in a clear, concise manner and listen attentively to understand and then be understoodpc literate, proficient in microsoft office programs and video authoring and editing softwareability to develop tailored training materials to suit the local market
