Site records controller

job role:

to improve the quality, accuracy and timely submission of the site records
submit claims to relevant parties or defend claims submitted by other parties.

maintain site records -

- daily site reports (dsrs) site work is recorded daily for each working location.
- internal constraints forms (icfs) in which all constraints planned daily site work caused by others are recorded on a per occurrence basis.

to check the completeness of site construction and installation work as claimed by others.
to use a mentoring and hands-on approach.
record suitable and accurate information in the daily site reports and internal constraints forms.
handle claims-related issues and contract-related issues.


qualifications.

- min 4 years experienced in site-related issues on major international construction and installation projects and who can identify existing and potential issues
- immediate joining
- should have valid transferrable iqama.
