Technician | al futtaim automotive | famco - hinooverview of the role:to carryout dealership service on customer vehicles as per company standards and ensure optimum quality with increased productivity and technical efficiency, there by individually contributing to generate workshop revenue. what you will do:perform assigned repairs in standard time or less. anticipate any future failure and provide correct additional job reports with correct part number. maintain housekeeping while performing the service/repair, safety and follow the standard job flow procedures. perform required repairs as per the manufacturer's standards and confirm that the repairs are fixed correctly in frft manner.ensure relevant check sheets/ log sheets are used during diagnosing and repair and follow the procedure. skillsrequired skills to be successful:strong mechanical and basic electrical knowledge familiar with appropriate workshop equipment and tools and capable of working with them.ability to read and analyse drawings and schematics, reference service manuals and understand body related information. aware & knowledgeable of all repair manualsbasic pc skills.good communication skills (both written and verbal).ability to provide established standards of customer service. what equips you for the role:automobile related diploma/certificate.at least 3 years of relevant experience.self-motivation
