we are looking for experienced project manager for our project under operation and maintenance in building trade medical field as hospitality purpose.

requirements:
with full communication skill in english.
with client holding approvals
at least 10 years of experience maintenance field of building trade.
comply with safety and building codes as well as legal requirements
report project progress and budget to client
explain contract and technical matter to others in a clear manner
prepare budget and cost estimates, along with work timetables.
