We are landscaping contracting co., a leading company specializing in softscape and hardscape projects. with a strong focus on medium, large, and mega-scale endeavors, we collaborate extensively with government and similar entities to deliver outstanding results.we are currently seeking an experienced projects management director to oversee and lead our company' projects.responsibilities:lead and manage all phases of medium and mega landscaping projects, from initiation to completion.develop project plans, budgets, and schedules, and ensure adherence to them.coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.oversee the selection and management of subcontractors and vendors.skillsminimum of 20 years of experience in project management, with a focus on medium and mega landscaping projects.pmp (project management professional) certification is required.master's degree is preferred.strong proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.excellent time management and organizational skills.demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
