In a world where virtual communication is significant in our work, your mission will be to implement a new client relationship and route to market through the call center. this new role will provide services and allow our pharmacy clients to develop their dermo-cosmetic sales.responsibilities:call planningprepare monthly call plan and update it when needed; to go through the list of scattered pharmacies, plan to visit them and put them in the proper categoryreporting the effective number of calls and call resultsbeing responsive on the call center to requests of each customerfollow scripted sales calls and update them when neededkeeping pharmacy database up to datehelp the call center manager work on accounts classification and keep it updated;handle customers inquiryhandle customer surveyssupport product knowledge, and participate to implement pharma-gamesell-incall customers on a daily basis to promote and sell the company’s products; based on a daily defined plan by the manager through the crm system to call at least 30 to 400 posincrease sell-in of scatted pharmacies: make sure that sales to each pos are based on potentiality, do not over stock and manage expiryrespect the payment terms that are defined by the managermeet the targets on a monthly basisfollow-up visits to major customers to keep relationships and monitor displayssell-outincrease the sell-out with the help of retail marketing usage of the proper tools and packages and wrapped offers neededcoordinate with mystery shoppers to evaluate the sell-out potentialitybuild a good relationship with clientscarrying out activities in scattered pharmacies to boost salessupport product knowledge to scattered pharmaciesimprove and suggest commercial condition focus on retail sell out the impactcollaborate to define yearly marketing campaigns with the retail marketing departmentimplement staff incentives if applicableoperational functionskeep pharmacy classification up to datedefine the number of calls and call objectivescoordinate with merchandising team to implement visibility where applicablecoordinate with the admin team for po issuance, order processing, and deliverydo proper training in selling skills and product knowledge online and offlineskillscustomer-focused, customer relationship, product knowledge selling skills through call or video call communication skills handling objections time management customer service fluent in english and arabic emirati national
