Position overviewthe position is responsible to develop, deliver and communicate visual concepts and promote the company brand, products and services in-store. further, train and coach the store team to manage the daily, weekly and seasonal visual planning tasks. key responsibilitiesensure that the brand identity and presentation standards in both windows and in-store are achieved consistently by creating eye catching displays whilst incorporating commercial sales opportunities.implement the brand specific visual merchandising standards.coordinate store display in line with brand guidelines and strategy.develop floor plans and maximize visual impact.arrange merchandise, signage, fixtures and in-store layout guide.take photograph in every change done in the merchandise display.make use of creative lighting for windows.maximize placement of new lines, re-merchandise the store when new trends build.create layout of the store according to its categories.ensure proper merchandising of the items.work closely with the operations and brand management team to increase sales.work with operations and sales team to achieve commercial goals.involve in pre-opening of the stores and schedule regular visits to ensure that brands' standards are properly implemented and followed.conduct research of the current market trends and lifestyle.skillsminimum of 4 years’ experience in visual merchandising.good knowledge of the middle east region.high sensitivity and understanding of product categories and the region’s market.proficiency in pack office and photoshop – illustrator.ability to work effectively and efficiently in the field, with a detail orientated approach.strong communicator who possesses the ability to build sound relationships with key stakeholders.adaptable, flexible, pragmatic, and responsive.willingness to participate in innovative projects.
