A leading international school located in riyadh - ksa, is seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual for the position of school manager. as the school manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the overall operations and administration of our prestigious institution. you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of students, faculty, and the entire school community.
responsibilities:
 provide strategic leadership to ensure the effective management and continuous improvement of the school.
 oversee the implementation of curriculum and educational programs in accordance with international standards.
 collaborate with faculty and staff to create a conducive learning environment that encourages innovation, critical thinking, and student engagement.
 coordinate with academic team, registrar and marketing team and achieve yearly registration targets.
 manage and allocate resources efficiently, including budgeting, facilities, and technology, to support the school's mission and objectives.
 build strong relationships with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders to foster open communication and partnerships.
 ensure compliance with local regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices in education.
qualifications:
 bachelor’s/master’s degree in education, educational leadership, or a related field.
 proven experience in school administration preferably in an international school setting.
 exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse stakeholders.
 strong strategic planning and organizational abilities to manage complex operations and achieve educational goals.
 in-depth knowledge of international curricula, educational trends, and best practices.
 fluency in english; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
