job description:

the business office coordinator is responsible on a daily basis for ensuring the smooth operation of the business office functions. the business office coordinator is expected to be a team player and is expected to provide high quality and timely support for the smooth functioning of the business office.



functional specifications:

1. planning and monitoring the administrative functions.

2. planning and organizing for the new academic year.

3. monitoring and controlling the purchase functions of the school.

4. monitoring the visa/residency process and taking the necessary actions proactively.

5. monitoring of facilities management.

6. coordinating with the lawyers on legal issues.

7. maintaining a cordial relation with the moe officials.

8. resolving staff issues in a timely and effective manner.

9. assist in recruitment.

1. candidate must have valid residency in saudi arabia.

2. prior experience in education sector in saudi will be an advantage.

3. age: 35 to 45 years old.

4. proven experience in marketing.

qualification: must have bachelor’s degree in marketing.

prior work experience in the education sector will be an advantage.

this position works hand in hand with hr, it, finance, academic and admin teams.

must have excellent communication and writing skills.

must have the ability to lead individuals and teams of staff in various departments.
