1. verification/checking all transactions recorded in the system cash, payables, receivables, revenues2. checking/verifying monthly payroll3. monthly and annual adjustment accounting4. inventory accounting and control measures5. leading collection of receivable from clients (through weekly meetings)6. check invoices and validates payment vouchers submitted by accountants.7 submitting monthly vat returns and response to the queries of the tax authority8. prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports9. review of bank reconciliation statement10. cost reporting11. managing and monitoring the actual projects costs incurred and compare it by the estimated one12. run by end of each month the revenues and recognize it based on the percentage of completion method13. to ensure monthly closing is done before the 15th of the next month14. to function as cost coordinator for resolving costing issues with it department15. assisting finance manager relating to banking matters16. to function as finance coordinator for getting the annual accounts audited17. to support fm for getting erp reports and other matters streamlined18. any other matters assigned by fm & group cfo skillsbachelor's degree holder with a proven track record of academic or work experience in the finance sector.professional certificationknowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.adroit soft skills to enable fluent in-house operations and maintain strong partner relationships.strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.sound knowledge of different types of financial reports and balance sheets.proficient use of microsoft office and its applications.
