job description:
• prepare the project schedule covering entire scope and within defined timelines.
• determine the optimal material, manpower, and machinery requirements.
• plan for budget required for the project, create various budget heads to document and monitor the expenses.
• create cash flow analysis (expected cash inflow vs. expected cash outflow)
• coordinate with the execution team and prepare drawings, monthly procurement schedules for major materials, building materials, special materials and tools as per the work plan.
• collect periodic updates and prepare daily, weekly and monthly updates of the project
• create variance reports (schedule variance, cost variance and earned value method (emv)) at various stages of the project to analysis deviations
• create project closing reports and learning

education, experience and skills:
• bachelor’s degree in civil/mechanical/electrical engineering, construction cost management or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, estimating techniques, quantity surveying, data cost management and technical documentation.
• strong oral and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and carrying out negotiations.
• strong analytical skills with multitasking abilities for meeting the scheduled deadline.
• leadership and management skills
• effective time management skills
