- assist area manager in leading the store staff to ensure the qsc/champ standards are implemented. promote sales & profits and control operational cost. assist area manager in developing restaurant business plan & ensure implementation on target date. ensure effective working environment & qualified crew to maximize staff productivity. - using sapaad system for monitoring inventory and food cost
- experience in the fast-food restaurant sector
