We are looking for a responsible female office assistant to perform a variety of entry level accounting, administrative and clerical tasks. duties include, but not limited to:• maintaining accounting records on a daily basis and processing accounts payable and receivable.• strong support to the office manager with the daily office needs and managing the company’s general administrative activities.• answers telephones, routes call, takes messages, and provides general information• greeting visitors and supplying them with refreshments as they wait.• process, sort, and route incoming and outgoing courier shipments.• monitor and manage inventory of office supplies; order and distribute office supplies as necessary• coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.• book travel arrangements• perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, and drafting.• maintaining office cleanliness and organization. skillsrequirements:• good communication and interpersonal skills, attention to details and accuracy; with the ability to ensure completion and correctness.• preferably with at least 2 years of entry level accounting and administrative assistant experience• knowledge of appropriate software including microsoft word, excel, and outlook, microsoft powerpoint and adobe acrobat• desire to be proactive and willingness to engage in continuous learning.• excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently.
