Position title: financial planning and cost control team leaderemployment type: full time salary: up to 38k aed all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus medical insurance & visa for self and 4 dependentsjob location: uae about the client: a leading oil & gas company in uae. job description:lead the team in preparation of business plan and annual budget liaise with budget responsible officers (bros) for the preparation of department-wise budget templates and consolidate inputslead the ba in review and update project proposals and initiative documents to support the business plan prepare the 5 year work program inclusive of the annual budget based on the data received from the various bros and their teamsprepare mid-year budget revision for all capex and non-routine opex expenditure projectsskillsqualifications: male, 50 years old and below acca/cpa (usa)/icma (uk)/cfa designationminimum of 13-15 years of overall experience preferably in the big 4 accounting firm/oil & gas upstream or midstream sector/government sector is preferredminimum of 5-6 years of experience in leading and supervising a teammust have an advanced knowledge of ms excel (pivot tables, lookups, modeling, graphs) and powerpointexperience in dealing with joint ventures and concession agreements is preferredexperience in using maximo, sun system and vision preferred
