Strong experience in construction material specifications and material inventory.knowledge of principles of asset management.develop asset strategy to optimize lifecycle cost of ownership for all assets.create and monitor and control the implementation of assets selling contracts.understand and assess risks associated assets selling contracts.experience in assets management tools (sap, maximo)lead asset effectiveness improvements through identification of lost availability.lead global and regional benchmarking analysis as necessary to identify improvement opportunities and share experiences.experience in identifying and transferring relevant processes into process flows and procedures.lead and support projects focused on plant wide solutions.strong statistical analysis skills.strong critical thinking skills.skillsbachelor's degree or diploma in engineering.at least 5 years' experience in similar role.good english communication skills.computer skills: excellent knowledge of ms office (powerpoint, word, excel)fundamental business process management (bpm) knowledge and modelling tools experience; modelling experience in bpmn 2.0 notation is preferred.soft skills: team player, analytical thinking, can-do attitude, good communication, networking skills, ability to work independently.
