Job description:roles & responsibilities: the role involves managing a portfolio of clients and providing guidance on legal, administrative, and corporate activities for their companies. this includes setting up and maintaining corporate and legal structures, generating revenue through value-charging activities, promoting products and services, and growing the business by identifying prospective clients.main responsibilities:managing client portfolios and providing corporate services, including corporate structure setup and administration.analyzing and interpreting regulations and documents related to clients’ legal and fiscal opportunities.growing and marketing the business with existing clients and through client referrals.administering companies, partnerships, and trusts in compliance with applicable laws.coordinating tax, administration, and banking matters for client companies.ensuring compliance with “know your customer” rules and relevant compliance frameworks.recording chargeable time and value of service for invoicing.building long-term client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.handling incorporation documents, liaising with authorities, and facilitating uae residency visas and document attestations.other duties: the role may involve undertaking various positions within internal and client entities of the amicorp group, as required.skillsqualifications, skills, and experience:a bachelor’s or master’s degree in law, business, accounting, tax, or a related field is required.at least 4 years of relevant experience in corporate services or financial services, preferably with international exposure.good understanding of financial services and industry-related legislation, including international requirements.strong commercial mindset, initiative, and a revenue-driven approach.excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.proficiency in english is essential, and russian language skills are mandatory.strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and time management skills.ability to work in a smaller, dynamic local team and a larger matrix organization.knowledge of operational efficiency and quality management matters.
