Responsibilities:develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies and initiatives to attract and hire qualified candidatescollaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the role requirementsutilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events, to source potential candidatesscreen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the positioncoordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidatesconduct reference checks and background screenings on selected candidatesmanage the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits packagesensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment processstay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisitioncollaborate with the hr team to onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transitionpreferred candidate:minimum of 1-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitmentbachelor's degree in human resources or related fieldproven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting top talentexperience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment toolsstrong communication and interpersonal skillsability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlinesexcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitieshigh level of professionalism and confidentialityability to work independently and as part of a teamfluency in english and arabic is preferredskillsrecruitment and talent acquisitioninterviewing and assessmentcandidate sourcingnetworking and relationship buildingstrong written and verbal communicationattention to detail and organizationability to work under pressureproficiency in microsoft office suiteknowledge of labor laws and regulations
