Main responsibility is to recruit students for undergraduate programs , certification and exam preparation and corporate training. it will be 70% telesales and rest will be face to face communication. research the potential training service opportunities in the market, identify the potential customers and convert them to clients.conducting face to face and over-the-phone consultations with the clients converting leads into sales and achieving your sales target every month.it is a target driven role and therefore applicants must be consistent in achieving sales targets. you will be having weekly and monthly targets on sales conversion.conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needsactively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social mediamake sale calls and convert the lead to become customers. candidate will be making outbound calls to know the customer needs and offer the best possible solution offered by vibe education.influence customers to buy services by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information and price quotations. act as a source of information for potential clients seeking advice and services.telephone or email to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up on initial sales contacts.schedule appointments to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations or meetings.negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.in addition to the above responsibility, she/he will be performing admin tasks of training institutes such as maintaining lead records, students attendance, etc.skillsyou should be fluent in english.excellent sales technique and confidence in speaking with potential clients face to face and over the phone.excellent leadership skilleducational qualification: we always give importance on actual performance.
