Black & grey hr is currently recruiting for our real estate client in the uae, seeking secondary real estate brokers. this role involves negotiating agreements, closing deals, and generating leads with the opportunity to earn high commissions ranging from 50% to 70%.
- cultivating strong client relationships and skillfully negotiating deals.
- assisting sellers in optimizing property promotion to attract favorable offers.
- employing various marketing techniques to effectively advertise properties.
- offering information on legal guidelines, rates, specifications, and property availability.
- presenting properties to potential buyers and addressing inquiries and concerns.
- analyzing market data and trends and facilitating sales transactions.
- demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services.

requirements
- minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- bachelor's degree in any discipline or a high school diploma.
- proficiency in english is mandatory.
- proficiency in arabic, russian, chinese, french, or german is highly desirable.

- strong problem-solving skills to resolve disputes between buyers and sellers.
- a solid grasp of real estate laws and policies.
- basic computer skills, including familiarity with ms office.
