Job summary:as a sales executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. this role requires a results-driven individual with strong sales skills, excellent communication, and a customer-focused approach.note: we are looking for sales representative for riyadh, jeddah, dammam & medinakey responsibilities:1. sales prospecting and acquisition:· identify and target potential clients through market research and cold calling.· develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new customers and meet or exceed sales targets.2. client relationship management:· build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.· understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to address them.3. sales negotiation and closing:· negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close sales deals.· prepare and review sales contracts and proposals, ensuring accuracy and completeness.· achieve month on month sales target4. sales reporting:· maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress.· generate sales reports and forecasts to track performance and contribute to sales planning.5. market and competitor analysis:· stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.· provide feedback and insights to the sales team and management.6. customer feedback and support:· gather and relay customer feedback to the product development and customer support teams to drive product improvements.· address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.skillsbachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).proven track record of successful 4-5 years of sales experience, including meeting or exceeding sales targets.strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.proficiency in sales software and crm systems is a plus.willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
