As the program manager, you will be accountable for the successful delivery of the portfolio of digital and technology transformation projects.client detailsa very successful, leading organisation in dubai, looking to hire a program manager to lead a large-scale infrastructure transformation.descriptionoversee a team of project managers and third-party suppliers to shape the change portfolio, manage project delivery, integrate project and product backlogs, align and prioritize resources, and champion best practices in portfolio, program, and project management.manage the infrastructure & operations portfolio, which includes projects related to infrastructure & operations, cloud migrations, itsm, and enhancements.act as the primary point of contact for new technology demands, ensuring they flow through the demand management process, maintaining a consolidated roadmap of change, and providing continuous visibility into portfolio health.monitor and manage project financials, summarize aggregate financial positions, and actively track budget and forecast spend to maximize roi.collaborate with tech leads, central portfolio/pmo teams, 3rd party suppliers, and senior stakeholders to align roadmaps, ensure best practices, and drive successful project delivery within the infrastructure & operations domain.profilemust be pmp and prince 2 certified.at least 10 years of overall experience, with 5 years of program management, and 5 years of delivering infrastructure related infrastructure upgrades and transformation programmes.must have experience of working in the middle east.must be bilingual - arabic and english.job offera unique opportunity to lead and shape the i&o landscape of a growing organisation.skillsinfrastructure
