Responsibilities & accountabilities.operate manual machines such as mill, lathe and surface grinder.perform proper maintenance & service for all punching dies and tooling returned from production. read and interpret drawings of parts and develop specification for tooling fixtures.operate cnc wire cut machines (fanuc) and edm sparking.creating blueprints and designs using cad or autocad and knowledge of ms office.trouble shooting tooling problems.skillsdiploma or certificate in tool & die making (press tool).tool & die maker with minimum 5 years work experience.multi-tasking ability.machining understanding and experience.
