Lead specialist, facility management i - saudi female onlythe role of a lead specialist, facility management i is to oversee and manage the facility management activities for an organization. this includes ensuring the proper maintenance, operation, and safety of the facilities, as well as managing vendor relationships and implementing cost-effective solutions.responsibilities:1. develop and implement facility management strategies and plans to ensure efficient and effective operations of the organization's facilities.2. coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair activities for all facilities, including hvac systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and general building maintenance.3. manage vendor relationships and contracts for facility maintenance services, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and budgetary constraints.4. conduct regular inspections and assessments of facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and areas for improvement.5. develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment breakdowns and ensure optimal functioning of facilities.6. ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and standards in facility management activities.7. manage facility-related budgets and expenses, tracking costs and implementing cost-effective solutions where possible.8. collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as finance, procurement, and hr, to ensure smooth facility operations and address any facility-related needs.9. provide guidance and support to facility management staff, including training and mentoring, to enhance their skills and knowledge.10. stay updated with industry trends and best practices in facility management to continuously improve processes and systems.skillsrequirements:1. bachelor's degree in facility management, engineering, or a related field.2. proven experience in facility management, preferably in a similar role.3. strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.4. excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5. ability to manage vendor relationships and contracts.6. strong analytical and problem-solving skills.7. proficiency in using facility management software and tools.8. ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.9. knowledge of budgeting and cost management principles.10. project management skills are a plus.
