Reliability senior analyst - saudi female onlywe are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior reliability analyst to join our team. as a senior reliability analyst, you will be responsible for identifying and managing asset reliability risks, providing technical advice on statistical analysis, and ensuring the reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, and systems. you will play a crucial role in developing and updating predictive and preventive maintenance programs, monitoring performance, and analyzing data to visualize key reliability performance indicators.responsibilities:**- develop and maintain a comprehensive reliability dashboard for accurate data visualization and analysis.- act as a subject matter expert for reliability system software and cmms, providing technical support to operations and maintenance teams.- generate routine reports, including kpis, metrics, and compliance information related to maintenance and reliability processes.- analyze plant performance and contribute to reliability methodologies such as rcm, ris, and rbi.- track and ensure the implementation of recommended actions to resolve reliability issues effectively.- conduct training sessions on reliability and maintenance principles, software, and tools.- regularly communicate with the manager, reliability performance, and other stakeholders to provide updates on reliability programs.- collaborate with other departments to perform life data analysis and downtime analysis for all assets, monitoring reliability kpis.- identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and reduce costs within the reliability function.- provide relevant inputs and support to reliability methodology engineers for methodology study and optimization.skillsqualifications, experience, and skills:**a bachelor's degree in engineering is desirable but not essential.- minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management and reliability, preferably in industries such as oil & gas, chemical, petrochemical, or mining.- strong understanding of reliability engineering principles, asset management strategies, condition monitoring, and root cause analysis.- proficiency in report writing and development using tools like power bi, powerpoint, and excel.- proven experience in data analysis and implementing reliability programs across various industries.- excellent communication and teamwork skills in multicultural work environments.**high-performance behaviors:**- strong ability to communicate and present effectively to senior management.- analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights for performance improvement.- proactive in building cross-functional relationships and collaborating with stakeholders.
