Job purpose:you will be responsible for preparing and proofreading a variety of documents, including memos, reports, and presentations, to uphold the professional standards of the organization. your excellent communication skills will be essential in maintaining effective correspondence and relaying messages accurately.responsibilities:provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the ceo.performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.arranges travel and accommodations for the chairman.schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of the ceo, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents.performs additional duties as assigned by the ceo.performs other related duties as assigned.skillsbilingual english/arabic
