Operation manager - civil engineering - saudi arabia, riyadh

Responsibilities:plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of construction projects from conception to completion.collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources allocation.monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing potential issues proactively.ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.manage and lead a diverse team of professionals to achieve project goals.implement and maintain effective communication channels within the project team.skillsbachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.4-8 years of proven experience in business construction, with a focus on civil engineering projects.pmp or other relevant certifications are a plus.strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
