Civil or arch engineer having experience 5- 10 years in estimation tendering works required for contracting co.responsibilities1-prepares and estimates budget costs for construction by studying plans and specifications.2-analyzing drawings , bills of quantities and other project documentation in order to estimate costs3-researching, sourcing, negotiating and obtaining the best 4-prices and quotes from suppliers and subcontractors5-assessing the financial, technical and operational risks of the project6-develops bids for construction projects.7-presenting prepared estimates to management and other stakeholders8-visiting project sites to gather information about the services , location and site conditions9-monitors construction processes.10-working closely with key members like project team ,procurement & finance dept ,. and liaising with suppliers and sub contractors 11-keeping detailed records and prepare regular reportsqualifications[civil or arch engineer having experience 5- 10 years in estimation tendering works at construction contracting co..]salary range is 14,000- 16,000 sr packageskillsminimum graduate degree holder in civil engineering with hands-on experience using relevant tools.
