Manage end to end recruitment i.e. drafting jd, ensuring necessary approval are in place, screening, interviewing, job offer, onboarding and also tracking of milestones such as confirmation. administration of training and development activities; course registration and maintenance of training records administer cooperate hr policies locally and ensure policies and procedures are adhered to handle general employee relations such as disciplinary cases or exit interviews create and maintain employee records in the hr information system manage work pass/ immigration issues for expats and any manpower related issues with the relevant authorities basic compensation and benefits activities such as internal and external salary benchmarking or sourcing for salary data from reliable open sources insurance/payroll enrolment and deletion as necessary point of contact between company and payroll vendor for status changes i.e. new hires, leavers, status change affecting salary checking of payroll reports and ensuring necessary approvals are in place for payment to take place maintain leave and headcount report for monthly submission to immediate supervisor provide timely updates to management on key changes to employment regulations and ensuring the employment practices are in compliance maintain valid copies of the business registration and/or certification, work alongside finance lead to ensure renewals or necessary registrations are done promptly perform other duties as required skillsa minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in similar capacity proficient with industrial relations effective verbal and written communication skills proficient with ms outlook, word, excel and powerpoint able to work with minimal supervision follow established guidelines, policies and procedures.
