Departmenttravel & tourism reporting totravel directorlocationdeira, dubai – united arab emirates· we’re looking for a travel agent and sales and marketing coordinator in 2 - 3 years experience in u.a.e destination management for online booking & visa requirements for the european union and other tourist countries.excellent communication skills with customers/suppliers, and hotels must have excellent customer service skills & excellent negotiation skills,time management and ownership skills, and the ability to meet deadlines. must be willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as requested by management.job responsibilities:making contracts with companies and groups for their employees and relatives.making monthly marketing plan as our general plan.research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews, etc.diagnose the clients’ specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services.organize trips from beginning to end, through booking tickets and accommodation, securing rental transportation, etc.supply travelers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday material (guides, maps, event programs, etc.)use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns.attend conferences to maintain familiarity with tourism trends.create and update electronic records of clients.maintain relationships with key persons and clients.keep financial statements and documents.reach the revenue and profit targets.requirements:educationuniversity degree in tourism/travel/hospitality or any related field.experienceproven working experience as a travel consultant for a minimum of 2-3 years in outbound tours and customer service in the travel industry.job types: full-time, permanentbenefits:daily, weekly bonuses.
