Administrative assistant - (ksa nationals only - riyadh location) - immediate joiningjob overview:the bridge company is a dynamic and rapidly growing organization based in riyadh, ksa. we are seeking a administrative assistant to join our team and support our daily administrative and business operations. the ideal candidate should be fluent in both english and arabic, possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, and have a strong background in business administration.key responsibilities:office management:maintain a clean and organized office environment.oversee office supplies, equipment, and inventory management.administrative support:provide high-level administrative support to senior executives.handle all ministry portals (gosi, muqeem, mudad, qiwa, etc)should hold good experience managing erp systemmanage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence.handle incoming and outgoing communications, emails, and phone calls.bilingual communication:facilitate communication between english and arabic-speaking team members and clients.translate documents, emails, and other materials as needed.serve as a language liaison for international clients and partners.documentation and filing:organize and maintain both physical and electronic records and files.ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.project coordination:assist in coordinating various projects and initiatives.monitor project timelines and deadlines.prepare project reports and updates.client relations:build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.assist in client inquiries and issue resolution.skillsbachelor’s degree in business administration and or any other equivalent.5 –6 years of proven experience in administrative and development fields.must exhibit strong time management and organizational skills, and possess the ability to multi-task.must be able to work in a high-stress, fast paced environment and demonstrate the flexibility required to handle a very dynamic work environment.a high level of accuracy,attention to details and ability to handle confidential information.must possess professional interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others, as well as the ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.advanced computer skills and experience with online platformsproficiency microsoft office (word, powerpoint, excel), with aptitude to learn new software and systems.problem solving abilities.high level of communication and organizational skills (proficiency in english and arabic) verbal and written communication skills sufficient to clearly convey messages to co-workers, customers, and all levels of management.demonstrates discretion and ability to deal with confidential issues.ability to work both independently and as part of a team.desired start date: as soon as possible
